Hellooo once again my fellow people on this beautiful planet trying to live a healthy lifestyle .
I kid you not when i say i spent 5 hours googling healthy recipes online. My mates were at the club dancing and shaking their derrieres in them dereons whilst JAMIE was on her bed googling recipes and healthy alternatives.
So i came across spaghetti squash. I usually don't like eating spaghetti because it is just soo heavy and during my 5 hr research, I found out that some "whole wheat pasta" don't really have the full nutrients that our body needs. Being healthy means you want your body to have full nutrients. Spaghetti squash is a winter squash and is rich in nutrients which your body needs and it is relatively low in calories.
Once in a while, if you're craving the normal spaghetti but you don't really want to eat it because of guilt, you can mix both the spaghetti squash and organic whole wheat pasta (organic is the way to go because the nutrients are still intact.)
It is really easy to make. Like quinoa, it is very versatile. You can eat it with your favorite pasta sauce or however you feel like eating it.
The other day, i went to the grocery store to get some fruits and i saw it next to the aisle that had fruits so i bought it for $4 (can't remember). I would be doing a post on how i plan on making mine seeing that i haven't made it before. I have watched approximately 10 videos on how to
make it and they all said the same thing so i should be good.
