How is everyone doing? I hope you all are doing great and also having a great week so far! I just wanted to share some thoughts that came to my mind or has been on my mind lately. Basically, I feel like when people lose weight, they become a new person entirely in terms of that they drop the old attitude and pick up a new one. So for instance a loud person who was on the plus side would become quiet after loosing weight.
I always have this notion on my mind and it bothers me sometimes when people who have lost weight have the same attitude they had before they lost weight. Sometimes I have to pinch myself and be like 'Biola stop! Its the same person the only thing that changed about her is the fact that she lost weight, her attitude is still the same'. I remember when Jennifer Hudson was been interviewed by Oprah and she said the same thing about people thinking she will change cos she lost a lot of weight. She said she's still the same old person but in a smaller cloth size. I don't know if this makes sense but I would like if you guys can share your thoughts and what you think on this issue. Do you guys think am just being dramatic or do some people feel that way?
I would be doing a series of whats in my fridge, pantry and grocery bag posts from time to time to show you guys what I look out for when it comes to the pounds off and maintaining it. Please feel free to leave your comments, thank you!
Until next time,
Its not Miss Bee its Mummy
Yes,i actually think you're being dramatic.LOL
ReplyDeleteWeight loss has absolutely nothing to do with change in character or attitude. If a person losses with and changes character,it's the person's decision (maybe a decision to rebrand) not a function of weight loss.
@ A-9ja-Great Ye I think I am being very dramatic...lol My whole thought was just that once the person looses weight you automatically think the person is new inside and outside like reborn..lol of cos that does not happen at least as far as am concerned with me...thanks for the comment though..
