Hello everyone, how are you doing? And how is it going? I hope everyone is doing great. I just wanted to say thank you for stopping by and taking time to read my posts. My views increase everyday and I am grateful to you guys my internet friends for checking up every now and then.
I am working on an exciting project and I hope it turns out good but in the mean time I want to share some healthy options of food with you guys. Like I have been saying in my previous posts, loosing weight is all about moderation and knowing what goes into your system. You can have the healthier version of foods you like to indulge in and this can be done at home or when you are out and really hungry. Below is a list of healthy food options I came up with.

These are some of the healthy food options I came up with. In any case where you can't get the healthier version, you can switch it up and use the regular option in moderation and provided you don't consume too much of it (also applies to healthy option). Don't get me wrong on the drumsticks and thighs, you can have it with the skin off but the breasts are a better option because it doesn't have as much fat :)
I would like to know what some of the healthy options you go with during meals. Please feel free to leave comments and also suggestions on how I can improve. Until next time guys..
