NOODLES

Hi everyone, how is it going? And how is everyone doing? Sorry about my long disappearance. I have been busy doing one thing or the other.

I wanted to share this noodles recipe with you guys. I thought of something with ingredients I had at home, cooked it and it tasted awesome.

Ingredients:

  • Indomie - 1 pack;
  • Scotch bonnet pepper aka ata rodo cut into small pieces - 1;
  • Mushrooms - 4 - 5 pieces or more (depends on how much you like them);
  • Broccoli - a handful;
  • Shrimps - a handful;

Method:

  • Boil indomie and veggies with shrimps in separate pots;
  • Once veggies are nice and tender, drain excess water and add a little bit of indomie sauce and reduce heat to the lowest for sauce to set in;
  • Add already cut scotch bonnet pepper into boiling indomie;
  • Once indomie is nice and soft (depends on how soft you like your noodles), drain excess water and add remnants of sauce into noodles;
  • Add pot of veggies and shrimp into pot of noodles and mix together;
  • Allow to simmer for a few minutes and then serve with any side of your choice.

It was yum! I did not want to have noodles alone and what better way to include your daily intake of veggies in your food. Please let me know what you think if anyone tries it at home. Until next time people.

P:S: sorry about the poor picture quality. It was taken with my iPhone and I haven't mastered picture taking skills just yet as you can see..but try it and let me know :)

Its not Miss Bee, its mummy...xx
