Give Away!





Hello everyone,

How is the weekend? I hope you all are doing great! I am doing my first give away and I am excited about it. I am giving away a yoga kit which can be used for yoga, Pilates or any exercise classes that require the listed items. It consists of a carrier bag with shoulder straps, yoga mat, a firm foam block, an instructional yoga wall chart and a cotton strap with a buckle. The rules of this give away include:

  • Following this blog;
  • Leaving a comment about what being healthy and staying fit means to you.


The giveaway is open to everyone. The winner will be picked at random and will be contacted once the give away is done. This is open till the 19th of April, 2013. Happy contest :)

  3. Being healthy means everything to me
    Having a good 8 hour sleep
    exercising at least 2-3 times a week, as part of my exercise I dance :). Makes me active
    Having a reasonable amount of calorie intake
    taking fruits and vegetables in between meals
    maintaining a sensible weight by enjoying food in small quantities
    I also love the way my body looks :).

  6. Being healthy and staying fit means keeping your body right...it more than just looks on the outside but also on the inside. But it's so much work though! :(
